😊: Generally the property is as in the photos.. 😢: When we booked we notified the property we would arrive about 4 to 5pm. They sent detailed instructions on how to access the apartment and a code for the key safe which we noted down. When we arrived just before 7pm and tried to open the key safe the code did not work. We then tried to contact the host on the number they provided and got through to voicemail, so left a message. After about 20 minutes, having retried the number with no response we called Booking. After about 20 minutes booking we're able to get in contact with the owners to let us know the correct code for the key box. It turns out the main number provided could not be used by non-French phones. Also, they had sent a message via Booking which arrived in my email on the arrival day at 16.48 with new key code and different contact phone numbers. We did not read this until the next day as we had no Internet access on our mobiles. Inside the property were no details of how to log into its Internet service, they were provided in the same message sent on our arrival day. Fortunately our mobile Internet reset later the next day and we were subsequently able to access the message. Please do not rely upon travellers picking up last minute instructions, particularly online. We thought we had all the information needed to access the property instead had an unnecessarily distressing experience. Please leave details of how to log in to the Internet in paper copy in the property as we couldn't access it for over 15 hours also unnecessarily. The property was listed as having a washing machine in its facilities but there was not one in flat or any indication of a communal facility. That should be corrected as I had to hand wash. I was also unhappy that the fire alarms appeared to have been removed and left on a shelf in the entrance given the 3rd floor location and reliance on a single staircase for exit. All windows were velux with 3 storey drops..

😊: Great place for a family, a group of friends or a romantic couple. It's excellently placed, close to the center and you feel the warm welcoming of the hosts as you walk inside the door..
