Charming apartment - 1BR/4P - Épinettes

😊: Public transport very close, close to centrum, freshly renovated flat, clean and nice appartement, kitchen equipment was enough for small cooking. Area ok.. 😢: Bathroom's door could fit to the frame ;).

😊: Location was great - the flat was incredibly quiet, which was perfect! Location was superb as well The fans were a very VERY welcome addition, as was the coffee machine. 😢: There was a gorgeous rainfall showerhead.... which didn't work. It was very hot - although no air con is advertised, and I now appreciate it's very normal for Paris not to have it, it meant it was very hot and sticky (although very good fans were provided).

I found this apartment to be a great value for the price, The location near Square des Epinettes is a definite highlight,

The apartment is cozy and well-designed, I loved having a little oasis of greenery right outside my door, It made my mornings so much more enjoyable,

😊: Clean and comfortable. 😢: The neighbours were making a lot of noise at night which disturbed our sleep . Someone was trying to open our door multiple times on the last night of our stay ..

What a delightful little apartment! The space is cozy and inviting, making it a perfect retreat after a day of exploring Paris, The location in Épinettes is quiet and charming

I stayed here for a weekend getaway and absolutely loved it, The apartment had everything I needed—clean, comfortable, and very well-decorated, It was a lovely escape from the Parisian hustle!

Very comfortable and charming! I appreciated the attention to detail in the decor, It was easy to get around the city from here, and the nearby green space was a huge plus for relaxing outside
