Chic & Basic T3 place Carnot

😊: Amazing place to stay, welcoming staff. Location unreal.. 😢: Front doors are broken, so it can feel a bit unsafe, but nothing happend..

😊: You cannot take away from the location of the property - central to everything and everywhere you would want to go in Carcassonne. It was myself and a friend travelling - we each had our own bed and own shower (which were hot and powerful). One toilet to share - which was fine. Mattress was comfy. We had no problems with noise which I know Other reviews have mentioned.. 😢: Pillows were terrible - lumpy and actually what I would consider to be two small cushions. Towels smelt musty and not pleasant. There was one drinking glass. Although a hairdryer was advertised - there wasn’t one. Despite messaging and informing the host now than once - they never got back to us with a hairdryer. The floor was mainly clean but in the corners of some of the rooms - it was dusty and not clean. The door at the bottom of the stairs into the building was broken so despite being given a code - it wasn’t needed..

😊: The location was ideal, overlooking the Square. Spacious and comfortable.

😊: The location was great, but with no air con, it was a bit warm during the hot months - although there were fans in both bedrooms. 😢: There was no toilet seat, which was weird, we didn't like that much..
