😊: Location. 😢: My family and I (my wife, son, daughter, and myself) stayed at this hotel for 7 nights, from July 8 to July 15. Unfortunately, from the very first hour of our arrival, we encountered serious drainage problems in the shower, bathroom sink, and kitchen sink. I immediately contacted the support number and reported the issue along with several photos. However, nothing was done to resolve the problem. The following day, I repeatedly contacted both Booking.com support and the hotel manager, sending numerous photos and videos, but again, no action was taken. Eventually—after sending many messages, photos, and videos to both Booking.com customer service and the hotel management—someone finally came at 3:00 PM on the very last day of our stay (July 14). and the bathroom only became usable on the morning of July 15—just as we were checking out. It is completely unacceptable that such a basic and essential facility as a functioning bathroom was unavailable for almost the entire duration of our stay. This not only caused us significant discomfort but also showed a lack of responsibility and customer care from the management. I hope this review helps future guests make an informed decision..
