😊: Layout and location. 😢: Height of kitchen cupboards.

😊: Excellent location in the heart of lively Dinard, close to the beach. A clean, minimalist design with everything you need. Modern appliances and a fully equipped kitchen. We especially appreciated the washing machine and the full range of cleaning products available, which made it easy to keep everything tidy. The modern vacuum cleaner was an added bonus and much appreciated.. 😢: I would suggest adding lampshades to make the lighting warmer and more pleasant. A couple of additional lamps upstairs would also be useful..

😊: The kitchenappliances are brand new and very clean. All you need for eating on site is available. The shower has ample space and the water pressure is sublime. Water temperature is easily adjustable to the appropriate temperature. 😢: The ground floor entrance makes you want to turn around and go away. It is extremely narrow, needs urgent freshing up and you're somewhat concerned going up the stairs to the little flat, not knowing if it's the same inside. Luckily it is not, but couple of things could give the place a nicer touch. Adding skirting boards between walls and floor, Some window sills were still in bare concrete. The heating elements in the living/kitchen area could not be turned on. Only one bedroom had a chair to hang your cloths..

😊: The apartment is in a great location, a boulangerie is only a few steps away from the apartment, and an intermarche express is less than 5 mins walk. The apartment is beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable. The lounge/kitchen area was our favourite to relax. The apartment was spotlessly clean. You can sign into your Netflix account to watch english TV, which is a bonus as not all accommodation in france has this option. I spoke with François a few times through whats app with very quick response, we were recommended 2 seafood restaurants which were both wonderful Le Pic a Bulot a 15 minute walk for the best seafood platters, we went here twice it was so good and La Gonelle restaurant that looks over the ocean also a 15 minute walk, I highly recommend the seafood shelled pasta here, which is basically pimped up carbonara made with homemade pasta, delicious 😋 We thank François for these recommendations and our stay.. 😢: We would stay here again, 2 very minor issues which can be easily fixed. 1. There was no iron. This was not replaced when we let François know, which was a shame. 2. The 2 bedrooms were very hot in the evenings due to being attic rooms. These would benefit from having a fan in both rooms..

😊: Big and beautiful open-plan first floor with everything you need and a well-equipped kitchen. The location is great, next to supermarkets and the beach.. 😢: The bathroom can be a bit tight if you are travelling with small children..
