😢: They cancelled our reservation just three hours before we were due to check into the apartment, claiming that the rates at which we had booked the apartment months earlier were incorrect, and without offering us any alternative accommodation. We are a family with two young children, and this completely ruined our travel plans. This is absolutely unprecedented and something I have never experienced in all the years I have been booking through Booking.com..

😊: Location, lovely terrace, clean and convenient bathroom, comfortable beds.

😊: Fantastic location. Just a short walk of both the main entrances of the medieval city. Surrounded by good restaurants..

😊: It has everything what you need for a short stay.. 😢: I’d have loved to have warmer water in the shower. It wasn’t cold but not super hot either..
