Goujon - Cozy apartment in Nation-Picpus neighborhood

😊: Many shops and restaurants in the neighborhood, the metro station is close, the apartment has everything , even though there are a few thighs that are old and dirty. 😢: The apartment needs a deep cleaning , there are some things that are broken or fixed in ''landlord special,, style if you know what I mean... , there was no duvet and duvet cover on the bed , we found a duvet in the wardrobe but it was dirty ,the wardrobe was filled with dirty towels and old stuff left there by the owner , the faucet in the kitchen was broken etc....

😊: Very good location. Close to the metro. Shops nearby.. 😢: Warning! There is a radiator in the apartment that cannot be turned off. In spring weather and higher temperatures, this is very unpleasant. On top of that, the radiator is noisy. It heats and hums. This was reported to the conciergerie. They did nothing. There was no “sorry for the inconvenience.” They stopped responding. The apartment description should include a note about this “special feature” – a radiator blasting on full. The apartment was poorly cleaned. Dust around the radiator. No plates in the kitchen. Other people’s things in the closets – socks, for example..
