Grand Studio avec salle de bain et balcon

The hotel is very clean and very convenient to Carcassonne castle. Enjoyed the AC. Only one of the staff spoke English, but it wasn't really a problem. All the staff was helpful. We were there for the start of the Tour in 2026. We ate breakfast in town, so no review of their breakfast. The only real issue was with parking the car. Their key system made it a bit awkward to get into and out of the parking area. If traveling to Carcassonne Castle, I would 100% recommend this hotel.

A lovely spacious, well equipped one bedroom apartment with a balcony. There was also a welcome note on the door and orange juice and water in the fridge for me. The swimming pool downstairs was an added bonus, and the building was close to the castle.

I have a wonder stay. Staff is very nice and helpful. This is in a senior home. Staff might need to assist them first. Other than that, it's not different than an apartment hotel. I will definitely stay again. The hotel is very quiet. Room is clean and big. Kitchen has all the cooking equipment and dishes. Instruction is very clear. Location is great. Just 5-10 minutes walk to the castle. Plenty of restaurants about 2 blocks away. I walked up to the castle twice (one in the afternoon and one in the evening). It's beautiful and quick. I couldn't find a grocery shop nearby. You might want to pick up the grocery in the old town before heading to the hotel.

This is primarily an assisted living facility. The entrance was locked before we arrived and it was necessary to call security to let us in. No one spoke English. Breakfast was available for the residents but not for the guests as was dinner. There were no local restaurants except for a pizza takeout across the street. The apartment was comfortable and well equipped. The location is a ten minute walk from the medieval city walls.

Spent one evening at Résidence Carmina with our German Shepherd. The apartment was well appointed, spacious and very clean. The bed was large and very comfortable. Quality linens. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. We appreciated the secure parking, inner courtyard and just a short walk to the medieval city of Carcasonne.

The location was great and the room was large. The balcony was pleasant, and overlooked a courtyard. The kitchen was poorly equipped, with no sharp knife, sieve/colander, dishcloth or tea towel and there was only one pan and one frying pan. There is a hot plate and a grill/microwave oven. We had to buy washing up liquid and toilet roll for our 2 night stay, which is a bit annoying, but sufficient hand soap and shower gel were provided. Parking was very secure.

The accommodation was a fully furnished flat in a new block. It was well-equipped and very comfortable. The flats were not serviced but this was not a problem as we only stayed for 3 nights. The building seems to be a 'Seniors' block of flats with a few flats used as holiday lets but don't let that put you off as it is very comfortable and affordable and is just a short 5 to 10 minute slightly uphill walk to the walled town.
