L'ANNÉCIEN - Centre-ville - TV- Wifi

😊: Location. Walkable distance to the attractions. 😢: Mentioned more facilities, but it was not really available..

😊: The location is good. 😢: I need to install the app to open the door, it is not user friendly and no physical key. The water outlet of the shower doesn’t flow smoothly causing water overflows the whole bathroom. Most of the light bulbs on the ceilings of the sitting room and bedroom room do not work at all. The lift does not work for 2 days. I paid 5 star hotels price of £360 per night for such a shabby flat and it doesn’t worth the money I paid..

😢: The bathroom of this appartement was super dirty and hasn't been cleaned for a while. The ventilation system did not work at all, so there was a lot of mold. So I cleaned the bathroom immediately, because I needed a shower. I messaged the owner later and he was not willing to find a solution, he even didn't want me to send him photos, which is shocking. I should not clean an appartement that I rented on booking.com.
