😊: location is a little way out of the old town but only 12 mins from the station which met our needs. It's on a fairly busy road but that was ok.. 😢: LOTS! one bedroom door didn't work - the handle came off and my friend was trapped inside. she then had to sleep with her door open. Toilet was brown and there was dirt on the door. TV didn't work..

😊: Great property close to all amenities and the city.. 😢: Car parking is in a garage downstairs which is very tight and you have to remove a top box to get in. When advertised as having parking this isn’t helpful.

😊: Nothing. 😢: Our experience with this property was extremely disappointing from start to finish. To begin with, we had to collect the keys from a completely different location, which was inconvenient after travelling. The biggest issue was the parking. We spent over an hour trying to figure out how to access the garage before calling the host, only to be told we needed a garage fob that we had never been given. As a result, we had no choice but to pay to park on the street. We were assured the issue would be resolved the following day. Someone told us they would be with us within an hour to bring the fob. We waited and to your surprise, they never showed up. What a waste of time on holiday. After chasing them again, they arranged to meet us in the centre of Annecy to hand over the fob. They even asked for our exact location, but once again, nobody turned up. From that point on, we were repeatedly ignored. No one seemed interested in resolving the problem, despite us following up several times. We ended up paying for street parking for our entire stay because we never received access to the garage that was advertised with the property. The lack of communication, broken promises, and complete disregard for guests made what should have been a relaxing holiday unnecessarily stressful. Avoid, avoid, avoid. Don't waste your time or your money. This property caused nothing but stress, and the customer service was appalling..

😊: Very nicely laid out apartment. Cooking facilities were great. Everything you need is there. The toilet is separate from shower which was good. Plenty of bedding and towels and washing machine was great to have. Friendly staff greeted us with nice welcome.. 😢: There was no air conditioning or fans to cool the bedrooms. There was one there and it did not help much. Left windows open for air. People out on street would see u lying on the bed in the morning unfortunately.

😢: The parking is somewhat problematic Garage parking is very tight and suited for small cars. Street level private parking spots a limited and were occupied during our stay . Street parking ( paid ) is readily available. Cutlery could be improved..
