😊: We never met the owners but they were excellent at communicating and allowed us early entry to the apartment. It was clean, well appointed, quiet, safe parking and a great location. Plus Air-conditioning which was essential in 40+ degrees daily temperatures.. 😢: Nothing.

😊: Modern, clean, quiet apartment close to Chateau Carcassonne. Great parking.. 😢: Looking industrial from the outside, but lovely when within the property..

😊: The only reason we didn't give this accommodation an excellent rating was because the street drains failed and we had to find alternative accommodation. The property is spacious, well appointed and you can cook a decent meal here. Excellent location and secure parking. Easy to find. The proprietor was very helpful in trying to resolve the street drains issue but wasn't able to achieve this in an acceptable timeframe. We did get a no quibbles refund and would stop here again. 😢: The patio are is quiet and private but not pretty.

😊: Fantastic location - really close to the old city. Generous private parking area.. 😢: Overall this was a great place to stay but there were a couple of things I wasn’t keen on. There was a lack of basic consumables, for instance we were provided with a small amount of toilet tissue, nowhere near enough for two people staying for two nights and there was only one single serving of coffee. The main problem though was having to release a security payment of €300. Whilst the owners don’t actually take the payment (unless there is some sort of damage) it shows as a pending payment in one’s bank, thus restricting access to your money. It took nearly two weeks for this to clear from my bank statement. I understand why property owners might feel the need to set up such a system, but it certainly didn’t work well for me and I wouldn’t return to this property based on this set up. I do feel that communications could have been a bit more helpful and polite whilst I was trying to access my own money, and ignoring my bank’s suggested request for payment cancellation was particularly rude..
