L6 Staywiz us - 2Rooms 2mins walk from Negresco & Sea AC-Wifi

😊: The property is close to the beach and is relatively large. It’s renovated apartment that is also nicely decorated. It was clean and close to bus and tram. About 28 min to Nice main train station and about 10-15 min from Nice old town by bus.. 😢: The apartment is on first floor and next to lift which I’m not sure if it’s mentioned in the property details. It can be very noisy when people walk past the apartment. We woke up from the noise few times also at 4am and 6am. You will also hear the building cleaner at 7am and the higher floor neighbour or their kid walking or running! The communication and check in instructions was ok but a bit confusing and I also did not like uploading passport and selfies for identity check. There was someone on our last night trying to get to the apartment with a key who also had booking from the managing company but clearly didn’t have proper instruction and got to our apartment mistakenly..

😊: Location, close to the sea. 😢: The neighbour was very noisy the whole time, their bathroom door was very squeaky and woke us up all through the night and day. The neighbour was also smoking inside and outside which made the apartment stink every time you opened the window to get some fresh air. The entrance door handle kept coming off, the WiFi was also not very stable - meaning if you wanted to work remotely then this is not the place to do it from. Not sure when the pictures in the advertisement were taken, but there was literally no natural light into the apartment the whole time. Didn't look as advertised at all. Instructions for the key weren't well communicated either, it was half on WhatsApp, half on booking and half on email, hard to monitor where to read things..

😊: The location is perfect. 2 min walk to the Promenade des Anglais. Can walk with luggage (10-15 min) from the train station. Lots of groceries, restaurants, and specialty shops nearby. First floor. Excellent communications.. 😢: Hard bed but aren't they all....

😊: Good location in Nice suburbs, a short walk to the sea. Convenient for buses and trams and train connections. Well equipped with everything we needed.. 😢: Nothing.

😊: The flat had everything you’d need.
