😊: Clean and calm apartment. The balcony was lovely for a morning coffee. AC is the best treat after a day of exploration during a heatwave. Clear communication. I would definitely stay there again if I'm back in Nice..

😊: Clean, functional, with air conditioning and kitchen. 😢: Disappointing checkout experience The apartment itself is small but functional, with a working kitchen, bed and air conditioning. However, our checkout experience was very unpleasant. We acknowledge that we made a mistake by missing the 10:00 AM checkout time and were slow to respond to the host’s messages. However, the way the situation was handled was disproportionate. When we arrived, around 1:00 PM, all of our belongings had been left outside the apartment. Most concerningly, when we explained that our passports and other personal belongings might be inside, the host did not allow us to enter the apartment to check our own belongings. She took the key, locked the apartment and left us outside without allowing us to verify that all our valuables and documents were there. We understand the importance of respecting checkout times, but we believe there was a much more respectful way to handle the situation. Unfortunately, this experience made us feel uncomfortable and unsafe, and we would not recommend this accommodation because of the way the checkout was handled..

😊: The owner is so friendly, kind and helpful with information. Nothing was too troublesome for her 🌷🌷🌷. Excellent location, close to city centre, restaurants and nearby supermarket.. 😢: There could be some improvement of the bed, pillows, which would make the accommodation perfect….

😊: Beautiful quiet location in the centre of Nice..

😊: The flat is very centrally located in a quiet yard, it is small but has everything in it and was ideal for my 5 days stay. The wifi worked well and I appreciated the small balcony to have my meals. The host was adorable and allowed a later check out which was greatly appreciated! Thank you Catalina! Would definitely recommend and come again!. 😢: The flat is quite small and there is ventilation noise in the yard outside the flat which is typical of Nice.
