😊: The apartment was spacious, tastefully decorated and, apart from crumbs on the sofa and in the microwave, clean. However I had to find alternative accommodation as the apartment was unliveable.. 😢: It was during the extreme heatwave in June. I opened the 2 doors facing a narrow walkway and the glass of the doors quickly became covered in flies. Also upstairs in the bedroom flies came in the open skylight. Only solution was to close the doors or turn off the lights do not to attract the insects. The apartment was very hot so had to be ventilated. I advised the landlady who suggested I use insect spray and offered no other solution. Insect spray is ineffective with open doors. I spent one uncomfortable night and moved out the following morning. I asked for a refund for the 1 night I didn't stay, no response. Booking.com also asked for a refund after my complaint to them...no response. Appalling customer service. Also there's an ant infestation where the shower box meets the floor. They enter via a gap. I traveled 141 days in Europe and this was the worst accommodation experience by far..
