😢: We were extremely disappointed with this apartment. On arrival, the cleanliness was unacceptable: there was an ant infestation, mouldy pans in the kitchen, a filthy washing machine, fingerprints all over surfaces and windows, and dirt and debris underneath the sofa. The sofa itself also smelled unpleasant, and the floors were clearly not properly cleaned. The bins had not been emptied, so we had to put them outside in the garden ourselves. During 40°C heat, there were no fans provided, making the apartment very uncomfortable. We also had a young child and a pensioner staying with us, and they became very sick because of the heat, with no prevention or support provided. We were also repeatedly disturbed by loud banging at night, which affected our sleep. There were no reviews on their site, which was a red flag, and now they want to charge us £200 for “dirt” when all we left was a bottle of water and a cereal box and a few small items ie hairclips ect. To make matters worse, we were unable to get in touch with the owner when we needed help. Overall, the apartment did not feel clean, well maintained, or properly managed. We would not stay here again and would not recommend it unless these issues are fully addressed..
