La Perle - balcon et centre-ville

😊: Very clean, well located apartment with good facilities. Having a balcony was great and although there was no air con, 3 fans were provided.Good communication from Margaret. Would recommend.. 😢: Nothing - everything was good..

😊: The location was great, a stone throw from the train station, and just a couple of minutes from the pedestrian centre of town. The bedroom is separate and the bathroom is en suite. The balcony is a big plus, we were able to have our breakfast in the sun, which was a great feeling, and especially the views from it contributing to a sense of calm.. 😢: The American kitchen, so the cooking fumes were lingering in the living room; so we had to leave the balcony doors open while cooking. But a lot of flats have this feature now, and it is something which we knew in advance..
