LA PERLE DU THIOU - Annecy Centre, Calme, Parking Privé

😊: Location is good, only a 10 mins walk into annecy, apartment was vey clean and the communication with host was excellent. 😢: Nothing.

😊: Nice size apartment, well equipped, clean and tidy in great quiet location with pleasant stroll into the old town.. 😢: Nothing..

😊: The House was really nice and clean. Quiet neighbourhood, and comfortable beds. Position excellent. Parking very useful. Information process with the host clear and helpful in solving any issue. 😢: Air Conditioning not present (not a problem for us though, but it can get cold in the summer). Mosquito net in the window not present, it could be good to have it.

😊: Well appointed clean and comfortable apartment. Very easy access & host was on hand quickly to answer any queries.. 😢: Second bedroom was without blind or curtain - simple fix which I have pointed out to host & she advised she will be fixing..

😊: Nice location and host. Very clean, and good balcony. 😢: Heat only worked sometimes. Very narrow parking.
