LA PINÈDE - Villa 4 étoiles vue mer - Plage à 30 m - Emplacement exceptionnel

😊: Location was amazing. Short walk to the beach and the village for bakery, butchers, fishmonger and restaurants. Sunset from the garden over the sea was fantastic. Kitchen was well stocked for self catering. Beds were comfy. Jacques met us and explained everything at the start. Secure parking was a bonus.. 😢: It was very warm for the first few days and there was no air con or fans, so we had to leave windows open at night but some of us fed the mozzies 😥 The 2nd bathroom was up a separate flight of stairs (accessed separate to the main building) with no handrails which older members of the party couldn’t manage. Presume that was where the 5th bedroom was too (we didn’t need it - but the 4 used were all downstairs in the main building).

😊: The house was very comfortable, well equipped, and set in paradise. 😢: Nothing.

😊: Lovely, stylish villa with unique atmosphere. The location could not be better. Bunch of restaurants and shops couple minutes nearby. Astonishing views. Comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen. Nice garden for kids to play outside..

😊: The house is spacious and well laid out. The gardens and outside space secure for my dog. You couldn't get closer to the beach. Within a very short walk there are several restaurants, butchers, bakers and a small corner shop. Dinard market and centre is around 3/4 of a mile away. An easy walk if you are able to do so. The beds were the most comfortable I've slept on when away from home. Making for a very restful holiday. The kitchen and utility room has everything you need if you don't wan to eat out. With a washing machine and tumble dryer you can travel light.. 😢: I was traveling with just my husband and dog. So the second bathroom wasn't needed, however if you are traveling with a larger group of adults the second bathroom is only accessible from the outside across the court yard. It would be recommended to take bathrobes or other suitable attire to use this facility. As this is a very historic and old house (which I love) the basement stairs are also a little tricky to navigate if you have any impairment. The basement houses the washing machine, tumble dryer and freezer. Worth noting if you can't easily use stairs..

😊: The house is spacious and has every amenity. The kitchen is very well equipped and all the appliances were excellent. The garden offers outdoor dining in a shady area which was delightful for alfresco lunches or dinner. Beds are very comfortable and bed linen and duvets excellent. An electronically operated gate and secure fences makes the outside area feel safe for children. The outside shower is also a very helpful feature. The house is close to the centre of St Enogat which is adjacent to Dinard. The village boasts two bakeries, a butcher, a fish monger, a grocery store, a crêperie, a cafe/bar and a fish restaurant. There is a supermarket within 15 mins walking (or 5 mins drive) distance. Dinard, accessible by foot in 15 mins, also has many shops and restaurants and a fantastic market which operates three times a week. Don’t miss the dramatic coastal path into Dinard or a stroll along the GR34 which passes along the beach at St Enogat. Saint-Malo and Dinan are close by and well worth visiting. Both easily reached by ferry or bus.. 😢: This was our fifth visit to Dinard and St Enogat and I hope not our last. Together they make for a perfect holiday destination. The combination of warm sunny weather and the facilities of La Pinede left nothing to dislike..
