La Terrasse du Temps Jadis

😊: Location is excellent and the views are brilliant. Decor is nice in the top bedroom and main living area. Paid carpark few mins away but we used a free car park 5 mins away which was no bother. Bathrooms and kitchen area good - would be nice to have had some beer glasses.. 😢: Awkward getting up the tight staircases with luggage. Very bad musty damp smell in downstairs bedroom alongside toenail clippings on bedside table !!! Indicates a clean hadnt been done. No air con in downstairs bedroom so very stuffy even with fan. Very basic decor in kids bedroom feels like a youth hostel. Only one bedside light. Upstairs bedroom there are no plug points or lights near bed and with the low beams made getting up in the middle of the night pretty dangerous. Iron but no ironing board. Washing facilities are shared with flat below ? Limited hanging space. Couldn't get the bubbles working on the hot tub..

😊: The apartment was ideal for a short stay for 2 couples: spacious, clean, comfortable, perfect location for walking to medieval and modern city areas. The terrace was particularly lovely- after a day of walking round the various sites, we sat out enjoying the sunshine before going out for dinner. The covered area also meant, had the weather not been so kind, we’d have still been able to enjoy it. Or the spacious living room would have been very cosy on colder days.. 😢: One of the bathrooms is in the upper bedroom with just a curtain to separate the toilet, which is not a problem for a well established relationship but may be embarrassing for some. However the other bathroom (on same level as living room) is completely separate from the other bedroom - so still workable. Also need to keep your wits about you in the upper floor due to low beams! But this all added to the character of the apartment which we loved and would stay in again..

😊: Location was amazing it was super quiet at night. Bed really comfy & shower superb! Kitchen really nice and everything was clean. I would have liked bin instructions at start of the week so I could have got rid of recycling as I went.. 😢: The terrace could be made a lot nicer the decor and furniture not so nice and plants are all dead but view great totally private and a real sun trap!.

😊: The accomodation was very clean, well equiped and a great location for our needs. We did not drive so the nearby care home, Residence Carmableu was a useful landmark for taxis. The accomodation was a pleasure to stay in & beautifully presented.. 😢: Nothing really, being very picky it would be a few more coathangers please & a washing line..
