Le Balcon sur la Baie - Welkeys

😊: The view is simply stunning! The apartment felt light and airy and had an old school charm. The private parking at the back made everything super convenient and easy. We didn’t use the kitchen as we were eating outside. As the other reviews said, all a bit dated but all works and everything is there.. 😢: When we arrived everything was dark - the shutters closed - it was very stuffy and felt a bit unwelcoming. Especially if you are used to book from private hosts on Air BnB, where people put a lot of thought and attention to detail, it felt a bit unthoughtful. A little gesture like a bottle of water in the fridge would have been nice, too. The communication was good but confusing, as the contact person changed and there were various means of communication and a self check in with things to do which we simply couldn’t do (take photos etc).

😊: The apartment location was amazing. We were there in November, and the views of the promenade and beach were breathtaking. Everything we needed was in the apartmemt..

Really beautiful, clean and stocked apartment on the beach. Everything close and a quick taxi to downtown Nice, although you have everything you need in Cagnes Sur Mer. Thank you for sharing your home!

Apartment enjoys tremendous views. Great location for travelling up and down the Cote D'Azur. Apartment had every conceivable appliance My only gripe is that having told Wellkeys we would arrive between 1600 and 1700 hrs the host was late and did not arrive until 1740 after several texts and calls. Secondly there was no instructions from the host on how to access the internet and again we had to text to find out the procedure. Located near supermarkets, restaurants and the train station and very near Nice airport. We would certainly go again as it is competitively price.
