😊: Location to train station. Clean. Good size.. 😢: No wifi for 3 of our 5 night stay when asked numerous times, and they ended up giving us a different wifi address to use to get access. It is difficult to work out how to get into the property. Difficult entry and exit process as had to take photos etc. Poor communication with property managers. Autonomous management does definitely not suit us in a country where english is not the spoken language. They knew we spoke english but largely communicated in french. Fridge freezer wouldn't close..

😊: Property location was great - close to train station and city. Property was clean, quiet and comfortable. Having a washing machine was very welcome.. 😢: Some minor improvements are suggested. it would be better to provide details of wifi access (wifi ID and password) in the apartment rather than by QR code. Also, the apartment lacked a few items such as plug for the kitchen sink, no cereal bowls, and limited toilet paper. Provision of consumables such as tea/coffee and dishwasher tablets should also be considered. The location of the toilet was also a little odd and inconvenient - it was not upstairs next to the bathroom, but in the laundry room underneath the stairs, next to the kitchen..

😊: The apartment is brand new and located in a quiet area.. 😢: It’s very stressful that the breaker trips every time we used the laundry machine because of amperage shortage. The procedures for checking out was confusing and inhuman..
