Le cosy du 12ème

😢: After confirming arrival time and providing access details the day before, the property then cancelled on me TWO HOURS BEFORE check in. This left me stranded in Paris at a peak travel time and scrambling to find new accommodation after a very long flight from Australia. My re-accommodation options were extremely limited and Booking.com’s offer of 60€ did not cover anywhere near the new amount I had to pay to find suitable accommodation. Very disappointed and frustrated. Would not recommend this property due to unreliability of availability..

😊: Well maintained apartment, have all required things including a washing machine. Very responsive host. Overall very good.. 😢: Lack a bit of lighting in rooms at night. Plug points to charge the phones etc. not in convenient locations..

😊: Very cozy house, in a good area. Had tons of comodities around. The beds were conformable and the living room was very aesthetically pleasing. 😢: I would say the small bathroom looked a bit cramped but everything else was 5/5.
