😊: Location Bike storage Lay out of the apartment. 😢: 500Euro security deposit which won't be cleared for up to 10 days and wasn't mentioned in their policies. The initial communication was poor and made it quite stressful since we needed different codes to get into the apartment. The shower basin was dirty. Quite a bit of road noise.

😊: Great location near Tours train station Self contained Washing machine. 😢: It was small but worked. Someone tried to enter the stairway without the code when we entered.

😊: The apartment is nice, clean and well prepared. Location is perfect as it closes to Central Gare and can go almost anywhere, but it’s also in a small street and quiet. Studio has lots of light, which I really like.. 😢: There is no detergent for the washing machine and I stay for only a few days, if I want to wash my clothes, I have to buy the whole package of detergent. Another point, there is no luggage storage around if your departure is later than check out time..

😊: Nice clean apartment right in the city centre.. 😢: Wifi was not working the entire time, I wrote 2 emails and message and nobody has replied to this day. The good thing is that it was just that, I can't imagine if something happened during our stay..

😊: It's a comfortable apartment. Very good location.. 😢: The check-in process is very complicated. I asked two questions and no response. Luckily, a young man who just came out of the apartment helped me find and get into the place.The rules make me nervous. I can't relax here..
