😊: Location was good, near to the lake and a short walk to the old town and a nearby supermarket. Easy parking.. 😢: no air conditioning , some noise from the street if windows open in lounge.

😊: Good location, 10 mins walk to the old town. 😢: The bathroom may need some update.

😊: Perfect location. 😢: It should be possible to respond directly to messages sent by the host of the property, i.e. not via the "no response" address of Booking.com. As it was, I had to review previous correspondence in order to respond to simple messages. Should not be necessary. Only other gripe is that when I removed the sheets as we were checking out, I noticed that they were visibly stained. Likewise the comforter cover. The point was well accepted by the host, but obviously the owner of the property needs to be more attentive to this..

😊: Comfortable spacious apartment half an hour pleasant walk along lake into central old Town of annecy. Good base for exploring town and driving out to semnoz and around lake Very clean, good beds, excellent cooking equipment . Provided coffee pods and basic cooking condiments thoughtful to provide for cooking simple meals . Washing machine useful Staff very helpful waiting to guide us to carpark and show us into apartment. 😢: Not easy to find the garbage disposal in basement- round several corners and closed doors -lucky to find someone there to show the way. Perhaps could show guests personally on arrival or allow to leave the sorted rubbish in kitchen in different bags Would be good to provide a safe as it's on ground floor with terrace ..
