bon séjour malgré tout<br>#128578; appartement très jolie et très bien équipé<br>#128577; étant fumeurs nous avons choisit un appartement avec un balcon pour pourvoir fumer mais interdiction de fumer a cause du voisin visiblement la fumée rentrée dans sa chambre il doit pas avoir une bonne fenetre apparement .il serait bien de le préciser dans l annonce de location car descendre 3 étages pour fumer c est décevant et malgré tout les allées retour font du bruit dans le couloir et dérange tout les locataires

It is located in a nice quiet area a short distance from the old city center. I had wanted to settle the bill before we arrived and was told we would be contacted 3 days prior to arrival. That didn't happen. The VRBO/owner didn't contact me until the day of check-in. (If I don't respond to a call maybe I don't have foreign cell service but text or email with wi-fi would have gotten through.) Finally an email invoice as we were attempting to check in. The entire problem could have been resolved if the invoice was sent by email three days prior to check-in. Upon arrival we were told that the downstairs bathroom shower was out of order and we couldn't use it because it leaked to the apartment below. Refund? The property manager and her husband were very helpful in finally getting us settled in and back to the train station. It's been nearly two weeks and I still haven't seen my deposit.

bien placé au calme bel appartement bien équipé mais il faudrait rajeunir un peu le mobilier le canapé est vraiment en mauvais état ainsi que la table de cuisine il y a par-ci par-là des choses cassées qu’il faudrait réparer et l’éclairage manque d efficacité le point le plus désagréable serait la propreté de l appartement a l arrivée C est dommage il ne manque pas grand chose pour que ce soit parfait

A very comfortable place, parking included and this was a big plus. Easy walking distance to Annecy sites and right on the hiking trail to Semnoz. Beautiful view of the trail from the apartment patio. The listing is very accurate and portrays the property well.

An-und Abreise haben sehr gut funktioniert. Der Concierge war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung sieht größtenteils so aus wie auf den Fotos, ist aber kleiner als es auf den Fotos wirkt. Außerdem scheinen die Fotos gemacht worden zu sein, als gerade alles ganz neu war. Das Sofa war abgeschabt und schmutzig, Dekokissen und Decke ebenfalls. Gemütlichkeit kam da keine auf. Außerdem war alles sehr staubig. Fußböden, Badezimmer und Schlafzimmer bzw. Betten waren aber sehr sauber. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Es gibt einen schönen kleinen Balkon mit Blick ins Grüne. Zur Wohnung gehört eine Tiefgarage mit einzeln abschließbaren Garagen. Gold wert bei den Parkplatzproblemen in Annecy. Die Wohnung liegt in einem Wohngebiet in Annecy, man ist aber fußläufig innerhalb von 10-15 mitten in der Altstadt. Der Vermieter, die Firma Hostenga, war aber nett und hilfsbereit, als ich Probleme beim Bezahlvorgang hatte. Die Leute bei der Hotline sprechen französich und englisch und haben sich sogar Mühe gegeben deutsch zu sprechen. Wirklich nett. Es verlief alles reibungslos und ohne versteckte Kosten. Wenn man nicht megaanspruchsvoll ist kann man in der Wohnung einen schönen Urlaub verbringen. Ich würde sie wieder buchen. Ich komme seit über 40 Jahren nach Annecy und die Sehnsucht treibt mich immer wieder hin. Es ist wunderschön und man kann am See und in den Bergen viel unternehmen. Es ist nicht ganz billig. Aber es ist familienfreundlich. Wassersport, Radfahren oder einfach nur Baden gehen. Es ist einfach traumhaft.
