😊: It's a beautifully appointed and spacious home. Location is great and not far to walk through town to the old Cité. 😢: Nothing.

😊: We could walk everywhere. The kitchen was very well equipped. It was quiet and central. Parking was no problem. The bread from the epicerie next door is absolutely delicious! There were brochures and maps left to plan trips.. 😢: Absolute nothing!.

😊: Good location, 30 minute walk to La Cité of carcasonne Very quiet with own patio. 😢: Very limited kitchen equipment. There was only one tiny pan and not enough glasses for 5 adults.

😊: The beds were comfortable and the flat was spacious. The electric appliances were fine.. 😢: A jacuzzi was clearly visible on many of the pictures but when we arrived it was not there. The flat was not clean. The Teflon pans in the kitchen were so old and scratched that cooking with them was not a healthy option. Minimal cutlery, no chopping board. Staff never replied to our questions or comments except once when we could not find out how to get in..
