Le Malaga - parking & balcon, à 500m du lac !

😊: Great location close to the lake and a nice walk into Annecy old town.

😊: The apartment is lovely and perfect for access to the lake and the main centre of annecy but just far enough away from the hustle. The apartment has secure car parking and is next to a carrefour supermarket. The help was excellent from being to end whenever we needed to speak to anyone. The apartment inside has a real homely feel to it it’s been well planned and thought out. The hue lighting just adds that bit of charm to the areas.. 😢: The apartment has fantastic views. One which is slowly being covered by growing trees ideally it needs chopping back. The landlord public area of apartment block (hallway / staircase) is in need of some updating as to the decoration. Both these things I would guess are out of the control of the owner of the apartment. The only thing I could pull the apartment on was the shower tray lets water drip onto the floor and the sofa isn’t very comfortable to sit on. Don’t let these things put you off all in all its great.
