😊: On a beaucoup aimé la déco et la modernité de cette appartement, là vu du balcon côté salon ainsi que l’emplacement dans la ville..

😊: Very spacious and clean appartment. Centrally located.. 😢: Water pressure was weak..

😊: Fantastic view and spacious. The view was not as amazing as they said but we still enjoyed it. 360 degrees of view from the unit which was enjoyable. Great fridge and stove. Washing machine was good but no dryer. Things dried outside but could be an issue in winter. Great size kitchen and lounge. Tv but we didn’t use it. Wifi inside not on balcony. Bed comfortable. Lift was working well for us. The location was really good- near everything.. 😢: Well there were a few things that let them down 1) no hand soap. In these days after Covid I think that’s a basic requirement. Plenty of shampoo sachets so we used them. 2) no microwave- pretty handy when travelling and also no tea towel and only 1 dishwasher tab. 3) sheets ripped. And doona took a bit of effort to get in the sheet cover thingy 4) we speak English. I told her that but she communicated in French anyway. 5) we were reminded several times about emptying rubbish ( nothing provided) leaving the place tidy with no dishes. And stripping the bed. The guy in the rubbish room yelled at us when we tried to deposit rubbish there. ( in the bins) there could have been something we were doing wrong but we didn’t know as the instructions were in French. Don’t get me wrong. We enjoyed it - these were little things which may or may not be important to someone else. For me the reminder of what we needed to do on leaving as well as the lack of hand soap just made it feel not as amazing as it could have been. Small things on the negative side. We enjoyed our stay..

😊: This flat is style over substance.. 😢: There was hair in the shower, no coffee pods for the coffee machine, the sofa is in a desperate need of a deep clean, and a small amount of toilet paper left. We booked for the sofa bed, on arrival the sofa bed was not made and no linen was left for us. We visited the concierge who treated us like a hindrance for needing bedding for the sofa bed. The breathtaking view of the lake is definitely down to interpretation - you can not see that much, and the balcony needs a clean. It felt like this place was interested in taking your money and that was it. On our roadtrip, we’ve stayed in various places, and this was hands down the worst. If you are looking to stay in Annecy, look for somewhere which is run by individuals and not a large company with rude members of staff..

Fantastic location and everything you need for a short break . Comfortable to return to after a busy day and plenty of shops and restaurants near by !
