😊: Proximity to train station. Walkable distance to city centre. Affordable. Ground floor so that we didnt need to carry our stuff through the stairs.. 😢: Cleaning was subpar. Lots of accumulated dust - even if we tried to clean the floors regularly, it was not possible to get rid of it. Both bathroom and kitchen need a good scrub. Not so suitable for a family with young kids. Small space, limited kitchenware, weirdly positioned bathroom sink..

😊: Kitchen facilities were excellent, room was airy location was ideal. 😢: No T towel.
