They say that you are giving a 500 EURO deposit for damages and then will take the whole amount without warning after you have checked out. They will then try and argue that you left a light on or other spurious reasons to not give your despot back. We had to start a claim via our credit card company to dispute the actions taken. We would not recommend using this management agent.<br>#128577; The host was 2 hours late for dropping off the keys and lived 45 minutes away from the property so couldn't respond to any of our queries or requests within a reasonable time. The house lost electricity during our stay and the management company didn't respond nor did they allow us access to the fuse box to try and remedy the situation ourselves.
