😊: Good, central location within walking distance of the center and lake. Nice building with an elevator. Two very useful electric fans and a good hair dryer were provided. The apartment had a practical layout, with large southwest-facing windows on one side. The building feels a bit like an office building, which I saw as an advantage—I didn’t feel like I was disturbing local residents, and the less personal atmosphere suited me since it meant almost no interaction with other people, guests, or neighbors. The owner/manager was easy to reach by message and quick to respond.. 😢: Apartment desperately in need of TLC. Many things require repair and show signs of age or decay. The kitchen light kept blinking. The bathroom light was too weak, and I had to climb on a chair to fix the ceiling light just to get a bit more brightness. The shower head was broken. The sink didn’t drain (it hadn’t been cleaned or unclogged in a very long time). When I removed the drain cover, it was covered in black sludge. The bathtub had similar issues, with water draining very slowly. I didn’t use the kitchen except for the coffee maker and fridge. The oven and microwave were very dirty and greasy. Although I was told the apartment had been professionally cleaned, it felt like they only mopped the floor, changed the bed, and wiped a few visible surfaces. If you’re sensitive to light while sleeping, be aware that the bedroom has large southwest-facing windows with only regular curtains. No shutters or blackout curtains. There are remnants of once existing venetian blinds, but they don't exist anymore. In the living room, the venetian blinds were still there behind the curtains, but when I tried opening the window for fresh air, one collapsed. I didn’t touch them again and left them shut as they were. Check-in required picking up the keys from a safe box attached to a basement window grid on a nearby street. Not a huge problem, but it felt odd having to sneak around to get them. When I first entered, the apartment reeked of food. It honestly felt like stepping into the kitchen of an Indian restaurant. The smell clung to everything. During my stay, I kept all the windows open with two electric fans blowing air out. Check-in is from 4 pm, and checkout is at 10 am (no flexibility). I stayed for a 3-night weekend and asked if I could leave around noon on Sunday. The request was denied, so I ended up leaving Saturday night after a city festival I’d come specifically to attend..

😊: Good repair of the entrance and on the floor , the apartment is equipped with everything you need ,there were dishwashing detergents and powder tablets for the washing machine in a bag in the kitchen , a large TV in the living room , a great option for this money !. 😢: A washing machine with vertical loading , a key box with a combination lock was attached to the fence across the street from the apartment entrance ,it was raining outside and it was extremely inconvenient to look for them at such a distance from the apartment entrance when the weather is bad outside.

😊: The apartment is in a good location. However, the traffic noise is incredibly loud.. 😢: This stay was disappointing due to several inconveniences which included: 1. Unclear & incorrect directions for retrieval of keys 2. No wifi for 24 hours! - slow reaction & response from manager; walked around neighbourhood searching for WiFi 3. Supplies were insufficient for a 1 week stay (toilet paper, hand soap, garbage bags,etc.) 4. Repairs required for: washer lid, broken toilet flush, dark lighting in bathroom, light out in toilet room. 5. Cleanliness: dusty, dirty blinds, shelves, & decor, stained cushions 6. Awkward placement of King bed - hurt our shins on several occasions. Many of these issues were mentioned in previous reviews but have not been addressed..
