Le Thélème - Appartement Duplex à Annecy balcon & parking à 800m du Lac

😊: Apparetement fonctionnel en general. 😢: Canapé hors d usage . Rue a proximité tres bruyante en raison de travaux. Chambre en mezzanine pas climatisée et quasiment impossible de dormir velux ouverts plus tard que de 6h30 en raison travaux dans la rue. Prises dans salon ne fonctionne pas ainsi que la lumière sur le balcon. Porte de frigidaire difficile a fermer. Lampe cassée a l étage. L ensemble demande a etre revu ..

😊: La vie du balcon. 😢: Le canapé convertible n'était pas confortable ! Une lampe était cassée à l'étage ainsi que le rideau d'un velux.

😊: Appartement confortable, lumineux, bien équipé, bien situé, en hauteur, vue dégagée, au calme, dans un immeuble moderne, confortable et bien entretenu..

😊: Belle petite appartement, parking privé et proximité des activités.

😊: Pratique qu'il y ait un parking car on fait tout à pied. La proximité avec le lac et le centre ville est un très grand plus. L'entrée de l'immeuble est top et sécurisée.Pas de bruit avec le voisinage. L'appartement est au 6eme étage avec une belle vue sur les montagnes. Il est très lumineux et le duplex est un plus. La salle de bains est très moderne. 😢: Le canapé lit est une catastrophe on a très mal dormi.

😊: Host was rather impatient and didn't give us the right WiFi Password.. 😢: Wifi Password is far too complex and easily prone to making mistakes on small devices. The TV didnt work for getting reception to local stations.

😊: The accommodation is in a fantastic location with a picturesque view of the mountains. The two-level layout was spacious and comfortable for our group. Everything was clean, well-equipped, and we really appreciated having a dedicated parking spot. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, which made our stay even more convenient. Our concierge was really nice and helpful. Overall, we had a great time and would gladly return!. 😢: We had some difficulty reaching the host before to arrival - we weren’t able to get in touch by phone until just an hour before check-in. There were a few small inconveniences: some of the basic amenities listed weren’t actually available (for example, there was a dishwasher, but no capsules to use it). These weren’t major problems, and again: overall, we had a great time and would gladly return!.

😊: Location was great - short 10-15mins walk to lake and old town. Supermarket just around the corner. Car parking included Bright airy apartment which had a fan which was welcomed as no air con. 😢: Literally minimal communication from letting agency. Which happened to be the same letting agency that double booked a previous booking which cost £40 in exchange rate! Send many messages before arrival with no response to eventually recieved phone number of person who would meet us. Monuir was lovely but spoke little English so little information given- was told apartment was floor 6 - no indication of side A or B or name on apartment. Eventually after 15mins we located the apartment. Wifi code was wrong but eventually worked this out. Apartment wasn't cleaned properly- when moved the sofa to watch tv better there was loads of crumbs under sofa, fridge was full of ice. Told to put garbage in -1 floor with no instructions of how to access. Communication should have been better. Sofa was so u comfortable to sit on. If booking in Annecy again I would be hesitant if apartment was being let through this agency. Alot of money was paid for apartment..
