😊: The location and the aspect of the apartment. It is a light and well furnished. The apartment building is in a quiet neighborhood and easy walking distance to the station and village centre. Communication was generally very good with quick and helpful responses.. 😢: It would benefit from a microwave and just basic ingredients for cooking such as salt, pepper and cooking oil. Although a tea towel, and sponge for dishes was provided there was no hand towel or cleaning clothes. All would add to this already fabulous apartment. It is on the fourth floor which is good to know ahead of time..

😊: The apartment is 15 minutes walk to the lake, canals and the Old Town, and 15 minutes walk to the train and bus stations. It is well equipped and has everything necessary for an enjoyable stay. There is a large verandah allowing for plenty of fresh air. The bed is comfortable, and the apartment is in a quiet location. The host is easy to communicate with and responds quickly to any questions.. 😢: The apartment is on the 4th floor, but this is fairly normal when in Europe..

😊: - location was great, 15 min walk to the lake - the host was helpful and friendly - the apartment was spacious and has a balcony with a view.

😊: Lovely apartment just a short walk from the centre of Annecy. Very communicative host with clear instructions for check in. Well equipped apartment and has everything you need. Good view of mountains from balcony. Would recommend staying here.. 😢: Nothing.

Exceptional<br>#128578; Lovely apartment, has literally everything you could need. 10 min from central and the glorious lake. I forgot my teabags from home and was delighted to find a box of tetley! Top points for that. Great price and a lovely view of the mountains. It can be hectic in the central area so this is nice and quiet. Would go back for sure.

Aanbevolen!<br>#128578; Heel fijn appartement, bed ligt heerlijk, fijne douche, keuken goed uitgerust. Balkon waar je sochtends al lekker van het zonnetje kan genieten! Je kunt gratis parkeren voor de deur of in de straat: soms wel even zoeken naar een plekje. Je loopt in 10 minuten naar Annecy centrum.<br>#128577; De eetkamerstoelen zijn te hoog voor de eettafel. Of de eettafel te laag ;).
