😊: We had a truly lovely stay. The apartment is beautifully furnished, warm, and equipped with everything we needed. Communication with the host was effortless and always quick. Just a few minutes’ walk away is a racetrack with a spacious walking path, which was perfect for us as we were travelling with our little dog. We felt very comfortable here. Highly recommended!.

😊: I actually didn't realize I'd booked an individual accommodation until I arrived. I thought I'd booked a hotel room. What a lucky "mistake". This place was beautiful, stylish and roomy. It's a corner unit and there are windows on each side of the main room, so it's bright with natural light. The included photo shows the view out of one of the windows. The unit is not in the center of things, but is just minutes away by car. I appreciated the quiet location. Free parking is available. The kitchen is fully equipped. There's a small dining table, a couch and a TV in the salon. The bedroom itself isn't huge, but there's still a place to hang your clothes as well as a desk in addition to a comfortable double (queen?) bed. The bathroom was updated and gorgeous. The value for the money is outstanding. I appreciated the host being readily available by text and phone when I had a bit of confusion trying to enter the building. I would easily stay here again and recommend it to others without hesitation..

😊: Clean apartment in beautiful building, excellent instructions to gain entry, (but could have messaged a little earlier to explain when to expect the instructions--morning of booking), very quick to respond to messages.. 😢: Great apartment overall! Just a few tiny things for the owner: maybe swap the "artsy" lightbulb in the bedroom for one that doesn't flicker and gives more light, and the bathroom is a bit dim – I kept bumping my head on the glass light fixture (I'm pretty tall). The sofabed in the living room isn't super comfy as a couch since the seat tilts forward. Seriously, these are super minor points, the apartment is awesome..

😊: Nice location, quietness, easy to reach centre of Caen. Shower was good, double bed was very comfortable. Easy to access apartment.. 😢: Bed was very wide so very little space (30cms) each side. Sofa bed mattress was quite thin. Would be good if there was a sharp knife for preparing food..

😊: The location was spot on once I found it, and the apartment was super clean and comfortable. Perfect for a night or two before or after the ferry. Great spot with a dog too, close to a park and the race course that you can walk across into the city.. 😢: It took me ages to find it cos you have to turn into a little street that looks like it’s for pedestrians/ bikes only! My satnav was as confused as I was. Also directions to find the lockboxes were a little confusing- they are on the wall next to the bins!.
