LOFT 360° Nice

This apartment is as perfect as it gets. The view is spectacular and the location is unbeatable. Blocks from the beach, tram, and Le Negresco. Bekati gave us great instructions and was available when we needed her. The apartment is next to a school which made us miss our daughter a little more but otherwise it was a perfect stay.

Appart très bien équipé. Lieu idéal pour la plage et la ville. Terrasses magnifiques. Très propre. Propriétaire disponible et gentille.

Unbelievable views of the city and sea. Host was very accommodating. Great place for a couple to relax and unwind. Only 1 mile walk to old town. Be aware the wifi is barely accessible. I couldn’t even access security camera at home. It would be helpful if a wifi extender was installed.

The apartment was a great base for exploring. We had a wonderful time sitting on the decks and enjoying a drink and some dessert. The apartment was clean and everything was great. Just get those bathroom door handles fixed!

Balcon et terrasse très agréable pour y prendre les petits déjeuner et souper. La brise du vent tout en haut lorsqu’il fait très chaud. Très bel appartement et propre.<br>#128577; Il faisait très chaud et il y a un petit air climatisé portable d’installé dans l’air ouverte mais il ne fournissait pas pour le niveau de chaleur du mois d’août, mais ça aidait un peu quand même. Il devrait avoir 2 ventilateurs pour chaque pièces au lieu de 1. Sinon WoW on a adoré notre séjour.

Very good<br>#128578; Close to the beach<br>#128577; Was charged extra for using sofa as a second bed 50 euros a night for two sheets. Though a bed is a double, not a queen, bit small for two people. In the linen wardrobe have sheets and beach towels. Be aware, if you use anything, will be charged extra, which was a surprise to us. Usually it is complimentary if accessible in the apartment. Think that beach towels are 12euros each. Though owner provided to us with no charge. Owner lives next door.
