Loft Mandallaz - Au coeur de la ville

😊: Location was about a 10/15 minute walk into Annecy centre, the apartment was clean and the check in was easy.. 😢: It advertises air conditioning, however it was extremely poor / did not work at all. It was 32 degrees in Annecy when we stayed in June. Despite having the air conditioning on, it was stifling, especially at night time with the bed being higher up. It was 29.5 degrees in the apartment, this was extremely uncomfortable, we couldn’t sleep at night and it affected our holiday. The layout is difficult with very steep steps up to the bed. Would not recommend, as we had a very uncomfortable stay..

😊: Location was a handy walk in Annecy. Easy flat walk. Close to restaurants and fast food options. Plenty of appliances. It had parking, although it was in a gravel pit shared with others so was quite noisy at night. Spacious apartment.. 😢: If you regularly need to go to the toilet at night, you have to go down a ladder from the bedroom and up a staircase to the bathroom (2 loft/mezzanines). The ceiling of the bedroom is sitting height only, you cannot stand..

😊: Great location - very close to restaurants and caffes and walking distance from the beautiful lake of Annecy. Free parking (behind a barrier) just in front of the property is a great bonus and piece of mind, though it might be challenging (but OK) for SUVs. We liked the great space usage inside of the property - very clever layout.. 😢: On the 2nd floor it gets a bit warm, but the A/C and the provided fan helped in this regard. Not much privacy, but OK for families, I guess. The ladder access to the 2nd floor bed might be a bit challenging for some people - little children or elderly people..

😊: The best part is the location of the facility. The facility is very close to the center, an 8-minute walk. Air conditioning, oven, microwave and refrigerator are good. Owners have good communication.. 😢: The sofa bed is comfortable but makes a lot of noise. It may be better to change it to a quieter bed. The air conditioner does not have much effect on the bed area on the mezzanine floor. While it is very cold downstairs, the mezzanine is warm. A fan was also installed, but it is not a solution in the heat..
