Ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit Garten in zentraler und ruhiger Lage. Alles zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Haus hat allen Komfort. Wunderbare Ferien mit super Sommerwetter. Wir kommen gern wieder!

Excellentes prestation, logement charmant, aménagé avec beaucoup de goût et situé au coeur de Dinard. Propriétaire très sympathique. Une adresse à retenir pour un séjour agréable et reposant.

Die Ferienwohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte unkompliziert per Schlüsselbox, so dass eine genaue Ankunftszeit nicht vonnöten war. An Inventar ist alles vorhanden, was man so braucht: Grill, Waschmaschine, Fön, Fernseher mit DVD Player, W-Lan, Kindergitter an der Teppe etc. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin verlief super per Mail bzw. SMS. Fußläufig ist es nicht weit zum Strand und zu allem, was man sonst so braucht. Einzig ein fehlender Stellplatz für das Auto ließ uns des öfteren einen Parkplatz suchen, der sich jedoch immer recht schnell (auch bei viel Betrieb) finden ließ. Alles in allem: Klein, aber fein!

Petite maison très agréable avec un petit jardin que les enfants (8 et 4 ans) se sont vite appropriés. Près des commerces, de la plage de Saint Enogat et du centre ville de Dinard. Super semaine ensoleillée. Accueil très sympa et installation rapide avec tout la confort. Ne pas hésiter.

We visited Dinard in November to explore the wild coast of Bretagne and found comfort from the rugged weather in this very private cottage. Tucked into a narrow cobbled street in the historic Saint Enogat district, we walked 10 minutes to town center for morning coffee and just 5 minutes in the opposite direction to the neighborhood center for boucherie, épicerie, or restaurants. The property was squeaky clean when we arrived. Though the building is ancien, the interior decor is tastefully modern. The heating system was good, which is not always the case with older stone buildings with high ceilings. Despite some negative comments on the wi-fi, we found it more than adequate for streaming movies. We would give wi-fi an A grade and we think this is no small matter when traveling! On the whole, we were very happy with the property. On just two points we would caution:1) The stairs to the upper bedroom level are very steep. This could be an issue for the very young or the very old. 2) The kitchen has a microwave oven and cooktop, but does not have a proper oven and broiler unit. If you are a gourmet cook, this might be limiting.

Im Juni 2017 haben wir zwei Wochen mit unserer zweijährigen Tochter in diesem sehr schönen Ferienhaus verbracht. Die Einrichtung und Details wurden sehr geschmackvoll, zum Teil im Beach House Stil, ausgewählt. Alles Notwendige und einiges darüber hinaus war vorhanden. Auch die Lage in Dinard ist prima. Fußläufig zu zwei sehr schönen Stränden, Restaurants und Geschäften, dabei sehr ruhig in wenig befahrener Einbahnstraße gelegen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden das Haus unseren Freunden empfehlen. Vielen Dank, Daniela und Niklas aus Düsseldorf

Adorable maison, petit bijou dans laquelle nous nous sommes tout de suite sentis bien. Pas une faute de goût au niveau de la décoration, tout est fait pour que les hôtes ne manquent de rien. Le quartier est calme, près de la plage de St-Enogat (à pied). De petits commerces sont également accessibles à quelques 2 min. à pied également. Had a lovely stay at this Property, the Owner Isabelle is very helpful, and the property is well laid out and has a fantastic private front garden and a lovely secluded read decked patio area. the Kitchen is well appointed and there are plenty of cups plates etc. Plenty of hot water from the shower and both upstairs bedrooms are comfortable. 7 minute walk to main Dinard beach and just 3 minute walk to St Endgate beach , which i think is better, and there are two patisserie/bakeries plus a couple of restaurants especially Le Maregraphe which does great galettes and a great steak Pave. If you need a quiet retreat away from the hustle and bustle its ideal. The only minor issues were the wifi was a bit slow and the TV channels are only in french, so satellite or freeview in english - But they are only minor issues - Great place to stay
