😊: The house itself was very pretty, original old building but furnished tastefully. The location was fantastic to relax, where the vineyards meet the forest. Lovely patio where you can sit and eat/relax looking over the French countryside..

😊: Everything was good; very clean, plus a comfortable bed, quiet, and lovely decor. Large parking space round the back. Check in and check out is easy with a lockbox. Would like to stay again.. 😢: Nothing.

😊: A lovely property in an incredibly quiet and peaceful location right on the edge of a forest. You are only 10 minutes from the nearest supermarket though. The kitchen is well equipped, the bed comfortable, and overall a very pleasant place to stay (we stayed for 7 nights) It is dog friendly and quiet forest walks right behind the property. Located right on the edge of the region’s vineyards you have lots to do in the area. Richelieu, Chinon, Azay Le Rideau and Langeais are all worthy of a visit.. 😢: The WiFi code needs re-writing in the guide book. It took a few frustrating attempts to get connected. Also, as previously mentioned by other reviewers, the fridge seemingly takes for ever to cool down. It does cool eventually but we had to use our cool box for the consumables as we thought the fridge wasn’t working at first. It would be helpful if the fridge was at the right setting on arrival. There was a lovely log burner but no logs provided. A few small things that are the difference between a very good review and an excellent one..

😊: A charming little cottage located within an idyllic landscape. Perfect for a short stay or longer sojourn. Special attention to a childrens bunkbed bedroom section on the upper floor was a nice touch.. 😢: Some initial problem with the internet access code. This should be checked and made more explicit..
