😊: It was a good location not too far away from the airport, and all the bars restaurants shops beach it was a good location easy to access.. 😢: The place was fair for the price. However I think they need to be more specific about the booking rules and let the customers know in advance of all the charges and holds etc….. is my personal opinion..

😊: Very close to the train station, easy walk to the beach, pretty cruisey walk to the old town, lots of great cafes/restaurants around. A heavy thunder/hail storm rolled in whilst we were waiting for check in and they let us check in early. The unit itself is fine, it was clean and spacious. Had most things needed in the kitchen. The shower head was facing a weird/the wrong direction in the bath causing it to leak over the side/off the shower curtain. Bed was comfy enough, pillows very flat.. 😢: Communication was terrible - Sent the message about the deposit less than 24hrs before check in (on message it says they send 48 hours before), then didn't reply to my questions that I replied with quickly after their message as they sent it right before the office closes for the day. I messaged them on whatsapp as per their instructions and proceeded the same message requesting check out time and check out instructions 4 times after I already informed them. Only had 1 full day in Nice/Monaco and it was disrupted by numerous modifications from them for no reason. Unsure what caused them to be so distrustful of guests but €350 for a deposit is absurd, more than we even paid for the room for the 2 nights. The door to the garage was locked so we were unable to take the rubbish out - we had to walk it down to a bin on the street whilst carrying our luggage..

😊: The apartment was very clean and comfortable. It had a clothes washer and drier.. 😢: Nothing.

😊: Air conditioning, bed was good, cooking facilities were good and balcony. 😢: Balcony needed cleaning. Toilet dirty down the pot, shower cable filthy. Fridge needed cleaning.

😊: Very spacious and clean.. 😢: Trying to take out the rubbish , but the garbage door was locked and the staff gave only auto response without targeting the question raised..
