MySoftStay - Ecrin

😊: Clean and comfortable also very secure.. 😢: The crockery needs replacing..

😊: The apartment was a good size. I liked the tea and coffee left out for us and how clean the property was.. 😢: Could have had a better equipped kitchen. Location was good but I thought it was closer to the old town than it actually was..

😊: Wonderful spacious apartment for our family of 4 on a warm Annecy night. Clean, cool and spacious, with all facilities a short walk away..

😊: The location was great and very convenient. Not too close to the noisy centre but close to the river for a nice stroll. Everything in walking distance.. 😢: In the bedroom is a significant patch of black mould next to the window on the ceiling (see photo). Also, the spare bed sheets had black mould spots on them (again see photo). There were lots of room fresheners to cover up the not so nice smells, e.g. from the shower (which went away after 4 days luckily) ..

😊: Great location. Walking distance of Old Town and the bus / train station. We used the bus to go to Chamonix and get to and from Geneva Airport. Locals very friendly.. 😢: Nothing.
