Panorama Stay, Pool, Balcony and Mountain View

😊: Great views from the apartment. Very comfortable property and well equipped. Enjoyed having the pool to ourselves.. 😢: Parking not available when we were there and parking nearby not always easy to find. A fairly long walk to Annecy centre..

😊: The view, the view! We loved the apartment, it was clean and functional with a lovely balcony to enjoy the amazing view of the mountains. A 15 minute walk to the beautiful lake and a bit further to the old town. Great to have a washing machine to do a quick wash on our travels. Felt very secure and very helpful instructions for everything. Would stay again.. 😢: Key box a bit difficult to access. They kindly made up the sofa bed, but as others have said, something really needs to be done about the mechanism which squeaks loudly every time you so much as move. I found the mattress quite comfortable, but was just so noisy! It really needs some attention! Pillows were also a bit lumpy and could do with being renewed. All through my communication with them, I never felt I was actually talking to a real person, as their replies were always polite but seemed to be AI. Not a big problem, but it was a bit odd..

😊: Beautifully clean and comfortable accommodation. We were a family of four and happy sleeping on the sofa bed for 7 nights. Very well equipped. Lovely and peaceful pool. Location 10 mins walk from the lake and nice to be away from the crowds. Amazing views. Enjoyed the coffee machine.. 😢: Nothing it was perfect..

😊: Great location for us, good small apartment with one bedroom and one living room space with a sofa bed. Bikes are very handy to get around too!. 😢: We had issues with several things. The pool was a big plus but was green with algae, so had clearly been unused for a good while! We were told it was out of use a few days before we arrived. This wasn’t a big deal for us, but still we were paying for this advertised facility. The bikes were great but one of them had a busted tyre. It was ideal and a bit dangerous to cycle on, but due to the length of our stay and immediate need for it, we had no choice. There was no air conditioning, just a single fan. The owner dropped us another off after we asked, but it was very hot due to the heatwave and it would’ve been good to have on arrival. The shower was blocked and didn’t drain well. We were given a solution to pour down, but again this probably should’ve been checked before we arrived. And there are no blinds or door to the kitchen. So the sofa bed in the living room is lit up immediately as the sun rises! This needs correcting for it to be a proper place to sleep. It’s a nice place but just needs some more care and attention to make it top level. For us it was still a very good stay. The owner was very attentive when we gave feedback and requests, so I would still recommend..

😊: Really enjoyed the view and a 20 minute walk to town with the kids, didn’t feel long at all. Spacious apartment. 😢: We initially booked it because of the pool. It was stated that the pool might not be open because of weather but it looked like the pool hasn’t been in use for a long time. We enjoyed the apartment and it was a good deal for the views and closeness to town.

😊: Great Apartment and great View. 😢: They could change the beds, they were kind of old..

😊: 20-minute walk to the city, 10-15 minutes to the lake. Parking available. Clean, functional, with a high view from the balcony. We had a lovely 3 nights.. 😢: -.
