😊: The apartment had everything we needed! A lot of kitchenware and of course the airconditioner, which was very pleasant. You don’t hear any noise from the city but are placed right in the middle which is perfect.. 😢: The only small thing that bothered us was that the airconditioner didn’t reach the high bed so we still didn’t sleep all to well because of the heat. Luckily we also had the couch to sleep on..

😊: Location is great, at the center of Annecy. Tha landlord is very nice and helpful. Everything is well thought in the house, very clean and comfortable..

😊: Lively neighbourhood in a busy street , easy to walk around in Annecy place of interest.. 😢: To find the attic location for a city gal can be challenging, especially not familiar with foreign country , it will be better the landlord can provide a layout plan of the attic in future. Too many spiders that we were forced to sleep on sofa & floor😥 the attic really need a thorough cleaning, especially low season..

😊: Everything was for comfort stay. 😢: Small space on the second floor...
