Excellent accommodation,would recommend

Bed was a bed settee and very uncomfortable both as a bed and a settee. Dirty cover under the mattress. Bath tap didn't work only shower. Looks and smells like it was furnished from a charity shop. Very noisy other residents until the early hours then workmen arrived opposite before 7am. Dreadful nights sleep made worse by the bed settee clunking every time one of us moved. Balcony very old and not safe for our small dog. Would not stay again and would not recommend.

Hotel is conveniently located near ferry port in a nice area within walking distance to intra- muros.We stayed 5 nights in April and used it as a base for seeing St. Malo and the surrounding area. Only downside of our trip was that the outside pool was not open, as we would have enjoyed having a dip after spending the day sightseeing in the sun.

Fully equipped apartment in St Malo. A bit out of the old town but walking distance. The late check in was possible with instructions given ahead. The down part is that you have to do your bed on arrival - not ideal when you arrive late.

Sofa bed not comfortable and pillows to hard. All in all good balance cost/ qulity

Check-in was easy and the room was reasonably clean, but there was no hand soap or shower gel. The front desk staff member with glasses was curt when this was brought to her attention, although another colleague resolved the issue quickly. At checkout, when asked about my experience, I mentioned that the bed was noisy and uneven. The same staff member appeared to take the comment personally rather than as feedback. A more professional response is generally expected from front desk staff in the hospitality industry, particularly in France.

Dry clean and tidy self contained studio room Bed very comfortable but metal frame was not very good as hit leg on it a couple of times A normal bed would be better Otherwise we can’t fault the accommodation Staff very helpful especially as we had a late check in and arrived after 7pm Very clear instructions on how to get room key and parking Would definitely use again

Loved the close proximity to the port and town. The mini kitchen is very well stocked with pots and pans. The sofa bed was not comfortable- only issue with the whole stay. I think as the room is for families, a permanent double would make much more sense. A sofa is not needed as you have a well proportioned dining area plus lovely little balcony with chairs. I would stay again if in the area- just would want a better bed!
