😊: The location, not far from the main attractions and the city center. 😢: main light didn’t work, wifi didn’t work, holes in the floor, toilet crooked, toilet flush was just a string and a stick, blanket covers were ripped, dishes were dirty, no closet, barely any space for suitcases, third floor with poor stairs, shower rather disgusting and very small, no proper bath mat to step on after shower, two tiny towels for two people, host didn’t respond to our resquest.

😊: The location was excellent – just a few minutes to the metro, which takes you almost anywhere in the city. Trains, buses – all public transport options were right nearby. Supermarkets, small shops, a bakery, fruit and vegetable stands, and restaurants were all within a short walking distance. We felt safe in the area; it was quiet and peaceful.. 😢: The place provides the absolute basics – a bathroom, a bed, a roof over your head, a kettle, a fridge, lighting, and a door with a lock. However, the overall standard of the accommodation was very low. While it technically meets essential needs, the quality of the furnishings and the general condition of the space leave a lot to be desired. Unfortunately, the condition of the apartment itself was extremely disappointing. Both the building and the apartment had an unbearable smell that made our stay very uncomfortable. The odor was so strong and unpleasant that I constantly felt unclean, no matter what I did. The bathroom, although it looked somewhat tidy at first glance, was actually quite dirty – there were hairs on the floor, grimy doors, and I felt uncomfortable touching anything. I also had serious doubts about the towels – they didn’t seem freshly washed, and one was even damp, as if barely rinsed after the previous guests. Under the bed, someone stacked old suitcases, toilet paper supplies, and various other items that made the space feel neglected and messy. The walls were covered in fingerprints and marks. The mattress was very uncomfortable and in poor condition – we even checked thoroughly for any signs of bugs because it felt so unclean. One of the most disturbing things was that someone appeared to have entered the apartment while we were out. We had locked the door by turning the lock once, and upon returning, it had been turned twice – something only possible from the inside or with a key. This happened again the next day. Since nothing had been cleaned or moved, it clearly wasn’t housekeeping. This left us feeling uneasy and concerned about the security of our belongings. I strongly advise taking all valuables and passports with you when leaving the room. The view from the window was directly onto a wall – not exactly inviting or pleasant..

😊: Accommodation was close to transport in and out to the city attractions. 😢: The accommodation was in a building which smelt of cat and dog urine. It was not easy to take suitcases up and down the stairs. The beds was a saggy foam mattress, very uncomfortable, cupboards were all broken, smell of mice and cat urine in the room. Booking .com should delist this property. It needs a new bed , chairs and better kitchen equipment like plates cups , cutlery etc. There were also mice in the room..
