Promenade sur les toits

😊: Perfect location for where I needed to be in Nice. 3 air conditioning units kept the apartment nice and cool in extremely hot weather.. 😢: The height, not a fan of heights.

😊: Very spacious. Great location. Good communication..

😊: The apartment was lovely and well equipped, very close to the Promenade and the shops.. 😢: The apartment is at the top of a five story building and there were over 100 stairs to climb with heavy suitcases. This should be highlighted in the description of the apartment , thank god we are both fit but this would be awful if guests had mobility issues/respiratory issues of were older people. I only seen this when I read the reviews a few days before arriving. Also whilst there was a cooker in there when I tried to use it there were no instructions and I have to dispose of food we bought. When I turned the cooker on a message came up saying that it needed to be cleaned!.

😊: Excellent property. Clean, spacious and bright. The owner made contact prior to arrival with clear instructions for entry. Location is great - close to the sea front and near to the busy end of the city, a short walk to bars and restaurants. I would book this again if we were to come back.. 😢: The stairs. The apartment is on the top floor and there are 115 stairs to climb. The owner is clear about this and you get plenty of warning. As long as you are reasonably fit, don’t let it put you off..
