Lovely apartment. Clean, spacious and all amenities included. Close to everything, nothing more than a few minutes walk away.

Property has excellent location and was comfortable and fairly well equipped. Could do with more than one pillow each and better internal illumination. Owner was courteous and helpful, made up for the poor performance of VRBO who sent us totally the wrong address for the apartment and who were really quite difficult to communicate with

The location of the property was perfect to explore Annecy and the surrounding area. The apartment was well equipped and had everything we needed. It was a great experience. We would definitely stay here again. Location - location - location. Just wonderful. Short walk to Old Town and the market on Tuesday, Friday and Sunday.

I was very impressed with this property; the unit had quality furnishings, excellent bedding and a fully operational kitchen. It was in walking distance of the train station, the lake, the old town, the markets and the supermarkets. The host Nicolas was very accommodating, friendly and professional. I was there for a long stay and the called me several times to check if I was enjoying my stay. I highly recommend this property.

Logement très bien situé à deux pas de la vieille ville d' Annecy et à 10 minutes à pied du lac, dans un immeuble très calme. L'appartement est spacieux et dispose d'une grande terrasse protégée par des auvents extérieurs électriques. Le fait de bénéficier d'une place de parking sécurisée est un réel avantage. L'obligation de passer par un service de nettoyage (75€) assure une parfaite propreté aux locataires suivants.

Très bel et confortable appartement avec une cuisine équipée pafaitement, une très grande terrasse et un parking privé. La location est située idealement, proche de la vielle ville et du lac d'Annecy (accessibles à pied en 5 minutes). Nous y avons passé un vraiment beau séjour! Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit perfekt ausgestatteter Küche, großer Terrasse und Privatparkplatz. Die Wohnung liegt ideal in der Nähe der Altstadt und des Sees von Annecy (in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar).Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt! Un super acceuil du propriétaire Nicolas. Appartement tres bien situé a deux pas du vieil Annecy. Tout confort et très fonctionnel avec place de parking privé. Nous recommandons.

Just a perfect location, and lovely large apartment. Wouldn't change anything!
