😊: Only the location. 😢: Wasn’t clean. The couch was old and dirty, the cushions as well. Hair in the bathroom. View from the window wasn’t as it seems to be in the ad. The building was old, ugly and dirty. On the top of that, in the ad was promised coffee but we could get only 1 coffee per person as there were only two capsules for coffee machine. I asked for more, but apparently it was only welcome set..

😊: Overall we had a pleasant stay in this apartment and there is a whole lot of positives going for it and the location. Most of the negatives listed in the next section are more along the lines of 'Room for improvement' or suggestions that would make the stay much better. The apartment itself is very cosy and well organised, its bright, clean and has a nice big window/door beside the table, great for eating breakfast at before starting the day. The apartment is so centrally located its fantastic for exploring the town. you can very easily pop back to drop shopping or use the toilet without taking time out to trek far away from the town centre. its right next to brilliant bakeries and other food vendors. The host was very pleasant and responsive to messages via whatsapp. The apartment is also much bigger than a hotel room of similar price, so for longer stays it never feels cramped.. 😢: There were a few areas that certainly could use improvement, however overall I don't think they ruined the experience, I think if these areas were fixed then I would rate the apartment a full 10/10. The entrance stairway/ hallway outside the apartment is quite old and dirty, it does make you feel a little unsettled when you first arrive, however the apartment really is as bright and modern as the pictures show, its just a shame that the building is very old and in need of repairs. The induction hob is cheap and only one of the frying pan works on it. The shower has great water pressure, but badly needs a shower curtain to prevent the floors getting wet. We had to unblock the shower drain ourselves as clearly its not cleaned regularly and the first time we used the shower, the basin filled up and almost flooded the whole room. A large mass of hair was blocking the shower drain, needless to say this was not super pleasant- I would ask the owners to please clean this after each visitor so that it doesn't have to be cleaned by new guests, especially if you dont want your bathroom flooded with water. The dishwasher is poorly installed and the door cant open fully as the door won't open past the baseboard under the countertop- whats more the dishwasher does not seem to be secure and threatens to tip forward if the upper rack is filled with dishes. Some simple DIY should fix this. The fridge is quite loud at night as it runs its cycle, the noise of the motor every 30mins can be very annoying at night, I think there is a loose fitting causing vibrations. The Bed has some broken springs which leaves an uncomfortable dip at one side. I would really recommend to the owners that they buy some fitted sheets, or at least a bigger sheet that fits the mattres, its clear that there is a double bed sheet on a king size mattress and it comes off the mattress every night, meaning the sheet needs to be re-fitted to the bed each morning..

😊: Excellent location only short walk from railway station and a few minutes into the old town centre. Shops, Boulanger also nearby.. 😢: Lack of attention to detail when preparing apartment. No toilet paper and only single sheet fitted to a double bed. A replacement sheet was provided some hours later and we purchased the other..
