😊: n/a. 😢: the host did not contact us with check in details despite messaging them several times throughout the day prior to the checkin time. they did not respond to booking.com's attempts to contact them either. checkin times came and went and we got absolutely no contact from the property, so we ended up without a place to sleep for the night. absolutely abysmal customer service. we also cannot get our money back for this booking because booking.com classify this as a no-show on our behalf, as the property has not actually said that they could not accommodate us..

😊: This is a scam. Please dont book. No one showed up to give you the key. I had to book other hotel to stay.. 😢: I had to contact my bank to dispute the money. I contacted Booking.com but no one replied. I had to book a hostel bed to stay the night. I called and texted the owner but no one replied. PLEASE DONT BOOK THIS.

😢: The host did not show up at the check-in time, did not reply to messages on the app and also WhatsApp. Didn't even answer the calls. Had to book another place urgently..

😊: The place had a great location and the bed was confortable. 😢: Place reallyyyy dirty, take cleaning tools with you...i dont think they changed the bed.

😊: Spacious enough for a solo traveller.. 😢: 92 stairs to flat and no wifi..
