😊: Great location. Cosy appartment. Great natural light.. 😢: Inundated by generic repetitive pre stay emails and text messages from an unknown number that was not listed on the booking. Contrary to this sparse post communication with a delayed bond release - seemed like a money making scam. Parts of the house were very dirty - couch had food over it and lots of the crockery needed to be rewashed. Fridge did not work (needed to freeze bottles to keep dairy safe) and when I told staff at their office they instructed me to email this to them..

😊: The location was good, not far from the beach. We were checked in early at our request.. 😢: During our four-day stay, the Wi-Fi was never fixed. Communication with the company renting out the apartments was very poor. There was no toilet paper or bin liners in the apartments, yet the company imposes very high demands on its customers – a deposit of €500!.

😊: The apartment was good. Clean and comfortable. Bit far from cafes, food etc.. 😢: Noisy at night. Woken by people in the street. The managing company were dreadful. Harassed us for a 500 euro bond before they would give instructions to apt. Wanted to charge 64 euro for a cab with the key when cab fare was 20 euro. Wanted to sell insurance in case they took our bond. Very slow to release deposit. Would never book with FSSH property again..

😊: Nothing. 😢: I didn't understand the reason for charging a deposit of 500 euros for three days in a shabby house, and for delivering the deposit with two additional insurance and payment payments on the insurance website, totalling 29.59 euros, which is non-refundable. Try not to stay if you can and spend more money for no reason. The deposit is mandatory and requires a 500 deposit that must be submitted on their website prior to your arrival or they will not proceed with the next check in step for you! The toilets are old and the bathrooms are particularly cramped, and you always tend to bump your arm when you shower.
