Suite Lyséa - Balnéothérapie au Coeur d'Annecy

😊: I stayed here during the Annecy Festival of Animation 2026 and was very lucky to find it at such short notice. The location was fantastic, right in the center of town and within easy walking distance of the festival venues, screenings, restaurants, and shops. The festival took place during a heatwave, so the air conditioning was a lifesaver. After spending all day walking around in the heat, having a clean shower and a jacuzzi to come back to felt like a real luxury. I'd love to book again for next year!!.

😊: The location. 😢: The toilet seat was broken already on arrival. The air con (which was needed) was an old-fashioned unit to stick the tube out of the window with no instructions. There was no hanging space at all (so not great for a week of business) only drawers for small items. It took me until I was just taking off on the plane to get someone from the agency to reply to me with a code of how to get into the apartment. The apartment is also directly behind several restaurant kitchens which continue to be noisy well after they close as the staff then have drinks and cigarettes in the courtyard. I couldn't close the windows because of the heat. I already fed back my comment to the agency during my stay and after but received no reply..
